📋 Description

• Analyze policy guidance and develop financial analyses. • Advise on program design and implementation strategies across core Medicaid Financing programs. • Serve as lead subject-matter expert across multiple client engagements. • Partner with client teams to drive high-impact outcomes. • Contribute directly to business development through scoping, proposals, and sales conversations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Public Health, Health Administration. • Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred. • Extensive experience in Medicaid finance, Medicaid services, healthcare policy, or related consulting. • Fifteen (15) or more combined years in a public healthcare policy management role and/or healthcare consulting industry. • Expertise in either actuarial, rate setting, hospital finance, value-based care budgeting, or Medicare. • Proven experience and results in public health financing and policy advocacy. • Executive or Administrator experience in leading teams. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
