📋 Description

• At Sema4.ai, we're building an Enterprise AI Agent platform that reinvents how knowledge work happens—how people and AI agents collaborate to get work done better and faster. • You'll manage a distributed, fast-moving team responsible for building the core of our product: the Agent. • We're hiring an Engineering Manager who is a strong team player and can operate effectively in a distributed product organization. • You'll confidently lead sharp, senior ICs while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across a distributed team.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with 5+ years in engineering management, including managing distributed teams. • Excellent ability to inspire teams, manage up and across, and convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences alike. • Track record of building high-performing teams. • Engineering background that allows you to confidently engage in technical discussions and guide architectural decisions. • Comfortable working with complex, high-availability distributed systems running on containerized environments such as Kubernetes. • Adept at navigating ambiguous requirements, focusing on outcomes, and rapidly iterating to deliver high-quality solutions in a demanding, results-driven setting.
