• The Key Account Manager plays a key role in the DwyerOmega Sales team. • Engage with their team to drive sales through assigned accounts and additional opportunities. • Responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most important customers. • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that leverage our sensor and instrumentation products. • Involve in strategic planning, sales growth, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. • Focus on increasing revenue, identifying cross-sell and up-sell products and opportunity funnel conversions. • Proactively prospect and develop new business with new and existing customers. • Expand customers' product purchasing portfolio through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. • Use Salesforce to update accounts and opportunities. • Use Power BI to analyze the customer purchases, product lines, shipments, bookings, backlog, and historical data. • Communicate customer issues with appropriate company personnel. • Participate in all product training courses and continuously improve knowledge of company product lines. • Build effective working relationships with customers through regular communication.
• Bachelor's degree preferred. • At least 5 years of experience in sales, ideally in sensors and instrumentation technical sales. • Strong understanding of sensor and instrumentation products, applications, and market dynamics. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to professionally represent the company and its products. • Self-driven, motivated, and results oriented. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions. • Salesforce, Power BI, Microsoft application experience. • Ability to multitask and manage several account. • Proven results of delivering customer solutions.
