• Manage medium to large, full-lifecycle turnkey projects, including financial reporting, budget control, operational streamlining, issue resolution, and deadline management • Develop proposals and manage resources, project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and project closure • Develop and manage detailed traditional project schedules and work plans • Estimate proposal budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements • Present project strategy, adjustments, and estimates to complete to stakeholders • Build and maintain strong federal customer relationships • Observe and inspect construction activities for compliance with project requirements and quality and safety standards • Conduct job-site visits for inspections, installation, start-up activities, client meetings, and project progress/compliance assessment • Deliver high-value technical critical infrastructure projects for U.S. government agencies, including the Department of Defense and USACE
• Ten (10) years of project management experience overseeing full lifecycle of medium to large complex multi-year EPC projects in commercial/industrial construction, preferably with USACE • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management from an ABET-accredited program • Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Management experience • Advanced proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6 • Experience and understanding of commercial/industrial infrastructure design, engineering, manufacturing, and construction processes • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical contracting • Knowledge of electrical distribution and mechanical cooling systems • Experience evaluating process piping and refrigeration diagrams • Knowledge of Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) • Knowledge of communication network diagrams • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or Certified Professional Constructor (CPC) certification • Eligibility for access to federal worksites and successful completion of associated background checks • Convenient access to a major airport to accommodate travel • Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus • OSHA or QC certification is a plus • Knowledge of SBA and the 8(a) program is highly desired • Experience with RMS, ProjNet, EM385, and similar Corps-specific systems and documents is desired • Critical infrastructure and data center infrastructure experience is highly desired • Experience using estimation software and tools such as Excel, NavisWorks, Bluebeam, P6, and Microsoft Project is recommended • Experience in international locations is desired
