📋 Description

• Leading safety and quality initiatives at a site level • Developing, reviewing, and managing owner contracts and subcontracts • Managing costs and scheduling labor, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors • Constant communication with the owner/client about progress and conflict management • Traveling to the jobsite (minimum 50% required travel)

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing self-perform construction projects with a minimum budget of $30 M • Exceptional customer and client relation skills • Knowledge of schedule and budget creation, control, and monitoring • Contract and subcontract development and management experience • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR)
