📋 Description

• Lead safety and quality initiatives at a site level • Develop, review, and manage owner contracts and subcontracts • Manage costs and schedule labor, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors • Communicate continuously with the owner/client about progress and conflict management • Travel to the jobsite, with a minimum of 50% required travel • Manage self-perform construction projects with budgets of at least $30 million • Support financial forecasting, safety program management, and sitewide quality program implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing self-perform construction projects with a minimum budget of $30 million • Exceptional customer and client relation skills • Knowledge of schedule and budget creation, control, and monitoring • Contract and subcontract development and management experience • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR)
