• Manage assigned projects to meet customer programs, expectations, and BRPH’s Mission and Vision • Understand project scope, goals, limitations, and customer expectations • Communicate with customers, design teams, construction administration teams, contractors, and agencies • Develop project scopes of work • Prepare project proposals, contracts, Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, and Division I specifications • Plan projects, including activities, schedules, milestones, and cost projections • Establish, communicate, manage, and control project budgets • Request staff allocations and lead firm staff and consultants • Coordinate projects, teams, and customers while maintaining quality, profitability, reputation, and customer expectations • Practice project risk management • Mentor and motivate team members with technical leads • Maintain project documentation, files, records, and project databases • Assist project controls and accounting with invoicing and accounts payable • Promote customer satisfaction and support marketing activities • Assure project quality and attend Quality Control Review sessions • Supervise assigned Project Control Specialist • Visit construction sites as needed to review and report progress, attend meetings, review RFIs, prepare ASIs and PRs, and prepare status/progress reports • Assist with supervising, coordinating, and checking work • Provide project closeout activities and documentation
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a Construction-related field from an accredited four-year college or university • Minimum five years of related experience in the areas listed under essential duties and responsibilities • Must be a US Citizen or a Permanent Resident • Must be a licensed professional engineer or architect • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Word • Ability to manage complex, non-routine assignments independently and exercise judgment • Ability to communicate professionally with customers, design teams, contractors, agencies, staff, and consultants • Ability to perform required visual tasks, including close vision, color vision, depth perception, and adjusting focus
