📋 Description

• Build and enhance the revenue data platform, AI automations, and workflows, including CRM-to-warehouse sync, enrichment and scoring pipelines, and revenue forecasting systems • Operate, improve, and maintain reliable revenue data processes • Own full revenue lifecycle systems management from first touch through renewal and expansion, including demand capture, lead flow, pipeline, and forecasting • Create analytics infrastructure that enables decision-makers to scale the business • Maintain versioned metrics with documented reasons for published numbers • Drive adoption by measuring representative usage and treating non-adoption as a system defect • Take over, harden, extend, and own production GTM systems as the founding GTM Engineer

🎯 Requirements

• LLM tooling as an engineer, not a consumer; experience building a pipeline where an LLM is a component and verifying its output • Experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent • 5+ years in GTM operations, sales engineering, revenue operations, marketing operations, or sales systems at a B2B SaaS company • Preferably experience at high-growth startups scaling from $10M–$100M+ ARR • Data and Git fluency, including SQL joins and window functions, branches, pull requests, code review, and conflict resolution • Practical scripting and API experience with Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript • Ability to read API documentation, handle authentication, paginate responses, and manage rate limits • Deep Salesforce knowledge, including object models, record-triggered flows, sharing, field-level security, and formula fields • Enterprise marketing automation experience; Marketo strongly preferred, with Pardot, Eloqua, or comparable tools considered • Commercial judgment regarding stalled deals and revenue impact
