• Manage, plan, and implement specific patient support programs and portfolios • Design and implement programs according to sponsors’ strategic direction • Ensure client needs are met • Oversee program performance and services including reimbursement, patient coordination, and medication management • Build therapeutic-area reimbursement expertise and training content • Manage stakeholder escalations to client satisfaction • Provide market, competitive, and payer insights to program sponsors • Evaluate program strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities • Recommend and execute operational changes through change management • Collaborate with analytics teams on program reporting • Lead or participate in client meetings and daily client communications • Collaborate with internal departments to optimize execution and client relations • Assist with quality assurance and improvement initiatives and oversee CAPA activities • Oversee case managers’ call handling, customer service, documentation, and follow-up • Monitor staff performance and assess training needs • Provide staffing-schedule input and recommendations to management • Participate in program design and documentation, including manuals, SOPs, flows, and charts • Manage project technical setup, including telephony, data collection tools, processes, and reporting • Manage day-to-day project activities, inquiries, and troubleshooting • Address client requests and case escalations, coordinate resources, and communicate with external stakeholders • Participate in consulting and research projects as needed • Communicate program status to the account manager/project director • Perform other duties assigned by the manager
• University degree in an applicable field • Broad knowledge and training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or similar vocations • 1-3 years of experience in a Program Management role • Minimum of 2 years in a People Management role • Experience in Oncology therapeutic area considered an asset • Demonstrated expertise in reimbursement, patient assistance programs, database elements, functionality, and operational policies and processes • Understanding of technology direction, trends, and strategic business impact on key clients • Knowledge of full-service call center programs • Ability to interpret financial data and manage a budget • Strong customer/client management background • Exceptional project management skills, including organizing, planning, and executing projects from vision through implementation • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated track record of new concept development • Critical thinking and ability to innovate creative solutions • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to develop and grow talent • High level of service to internal and external clients • Adaptability during growth and organizational change • Proven ability to develop trust and influence at multiple levels • Impactful and candid communication style • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to build effective working relationships
