📋 Description

• Partner with a Territory Business Leader to launch Sequel's innovative insulin pump and future products • Develop territory planning and strategies with the TBL to meet or exceed territory goals • Execute clinical selling strategies within assigned accounts • Assess referrals for product use in people with diabetes • Facilitate product education and training for Sequel product users • Promote clinical benefits of automated insulin delivery and conduct product demonstrations for healthcare providers • Certify healthcare providers to conduct product training • Facilitate virtual product training and educational webinars • Communicate user feedback cross-functionally to solve problems and improve product development • Collaborate with customer care and sales support to optimize the user experience • Demonstrate expertise in Sequel products, diabetes, and diabetes-care therapies • Participate in conventions, educational forums, and meetings • Manage leads and opportunities in the customer relations database and submit product-training documentation • Maintain relationships with patient advocacy groups and professional diabetes organizations • Assist with field sales and clinical training • Participate in cross-functional advisory boards • Mentor junior staff • Lead weekly team, regional, and area calls or meetings as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Valid professional license as an RN, RD, PA, NP, or Pharmacist • For the Senior CDS role, 4+ years of clinical diabetes education experience • Candidate must live within the assigned geography • Demonstrated history of high performance and top-tier success • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Ability to answer questions from patients and healthcare providers in real time • Strong data analysis, evaluation, and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of diabetes products and therapies • Ability to function in a fast-paced start-up environment • Valid driver's license required • Ability to carry and transport professional samples and literature • Ability to commute and spend extended periods driving each day, including possible overnight travel • Experience coordinating and conducting diabetes education; strong experience with diabetes technology • CDCES certification preferred, not required • Experience coordinating and conducting diabetes device education in the medical device industry preferred • Experience in field sales training, mentoring new hires, or advisory board, marketing, or clinical input committee programs • Experience representing an organization at industry conferences or conventions • Demonstrated career progression into roles with increased responsibility • Demonstrated success in sales or in partnership with sales • Strategic problem-solving ability
