📋 Description

•Own and execute the paid media strategy across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Capterra, and other relevant platforms •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two PPC specialists •Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics (CPA, CAC, ROAS) •Develop and manage the paid media budget with a focus on efficiency and ROI •Design and run A/B tests, experiments, and creative iterations across platforms •Report on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations regularly •Work cross-functionally with internal marketing teams, to ensure cohesive messaging and performance alignment •Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

•5+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or digital product environment •Experience managing a team and working with cross-functional stakeholders •Deep hands-on expertise with Google Ads with proven experience managing campaigns across additional paid channels like LinkedIn, and Meta. •Proven track record managing successful paid acquisition campaigns across channels and geographies •Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategy and drive decision-making •Fluency in English with excellent communication skills (written and spoken) •Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
