📋 Description

• Serve as the bridge between the company's AI robotics technology and customer needs, designing and presenting tailored solutions • Design and present tailor-made system concepts based on customer requirements • Translate technical requirements into customer-oriented solutions and support sales teams in solution design • Present solution designs in sales calls and collaborate on improvements and modifications • Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery on time and within budget • Generate user manuals, preventative maintenance guides, spare parts lists, and deliver customer training • Identify new market opportunities, trends, and feedback to inform product and solution roadmap • Travel to customer sites to gather requirements, conduct assessments, and provide on-site solution support

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience designing complex electromechanical systems • 3+ years experience in requirements gathering and system design • Proficiency in SolidWorks (or similar CAD software) • Strong technical fluency in warehouse automation and operations • Excellent communication skills: able to explain complex topics clearly to both technical and business audiences • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Willingness to travel to customer sites within the U.S. (up to 30%) • Professional proficiency in English • Authorization to work in the United States • 2+ years in intralogistics, logistics consulting, or fulfillment operations (nice-to-have) • Experience with AI robotics or robotic system integration (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with industrial safety standards and compliance (OSHA, CE, etc.) (nice-to-have) • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment (nice-to-have) • Willingness to travel internationally (nice-to-have) • Knowledge of additional CAD tools, simulation software, or PLM systems (nice-to-have) • Self-organization and ability to manage multiple projects (soft skill) • Problem-solving and analytical mindset (soft skill)
