• Support client through document review and data entry • Capture and validate data for processing tasks such as data entry and document processing • Receive and process documents from electronic and hard copy forms • Identify gaps in required information • Follow up with customers for additional information

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test • Typing speed of minimum 30 WPM • Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems • Great attention to detail • Organized with ability to multi-task while adapting to changing priorities
