📋 Description

• Consult with customers and configure ServiceNow integrations according to configuration best practices • Drive customer consumption, adoption, satisfaction, and business outcomes on the ServiceNow platform • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party software platforms, programs, and applications • Resolve integration errors, provide support, and develop procedures for complex system overlaps • Develop integration plans, strategies, and system-integration architectures • Implement ServiceNow AI offerings including Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, Issue Auto Resolution, Task Intelligence, Document Intelligence, and Generative AI • Develop solutions based on user requirements gathered in workshops • Coordinate with developers to ensure integrations and platform functionality support overall project goals • Ensure organizational adherence to integration-process best practices • Serve as a subject-matter expert for complex integration and AI-solution issues • Check and correct data-configuration conflicts and overlaps • Analyze and improve instance configuration and setup for future customer needs • Identify, debug, and advise on system errors and architecture issues • Act as a technical lead on engagements • Mentor and develop talent • Prepare presentations and reports

🎯 Requirements

• Active Security Clearance Required • At least 8 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly capable integration technologies • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in complex and varied customer environments • Maintain at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification • Experience acting as a technical lead on engagements • Experience architecting system integrations and creating complex high-level architecture diagrams • Extensive experience with REST/SOAP web services, middleware, LDAP, SSO, JDBC, Import Sets, Export Sets, IDR, Remote Tables, and Remote Process • Experience working with SaaS technologies • Understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models, especially Generative AI • Experience with ServiceNow Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent • Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including Studio IDE, Mobile, Automated Test Framework, Delegated Development, Flow Designer, Source Control, APIs, and Integrations • Experience with data management, database design, and database concepts • Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO, and enterprise technologies • Connect chat, agent chat, and virtual agent configuration and design experience • Encryption understanding and core design principles across Platform, Edge, Database, and Full Disk • Understanding and/or development experience with MID Servers, Notify, and Orchestration • Strong JavaScript skills with practical experience • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude • Ability to operate within a culturally diverse environment • Proven team-building ability and talent mentoring/development skills • Analytical and problem-solving abilities • Attention to detail and ability to fix errors in complex code • Ability to perform tasks independently • Good presentation and report-writing skills • Up to 30% annual travel • Self-hosted implementations and/or Domain Separation experience is a plus
