📋 Description

• Define and drive product strategy for enterprise search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and question-answering capabilities • Shape product narratives, secure executive buy-in, and ensure measurable business and customer impact • Guide engineering, ML research, UX research, and design partners with actionable requirements • Leverage customer pilots, user research, and market insights to develop intuitive and contextual experiences • Partner with product teams to embed search and GenAI capabilities across the platform • Define and refine metrics for search and AI performance, relevance, and business value • Manage and mentor a team of 4+ Product Managers • Foster innovation, accountability, and technical excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building and leading high-performing product teams • 8+ years in software product management • Hands-on experience building enterprise search or RAG products • Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and modern search technologies • Experience with Moveworks, Glean, Elasticsearch, or Coveo • Ability to evaluate, integrate, and innovate on context awareness, data indexing, and relevance ranking • Track record of delivering high-quality, scalable features at speed • Deep empathy for users and ability to translate complex needs into customer-centric solutions • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative insights, hypothesis validation, strategy, and success measurement • Ability to navigate ambiguity, identify root problems, communicate trade-offs, and drive decisions
