• Build and execute full-funnel customer marketing campaigns that drive upsell, cross-sell, and revenue growth. • Own end-to-end campaign management, from strategy and planning through execution, optimization, and reporting. • Partner cross-functionally with demand generation, product, sales, operations, and customer success teams to align campaigns to business goals. • Analyze customer behavior and segmentation data to identify trends and insights that inform campaign strategy (targeted nurture journeys, maximum engagement, increased upsell/cross-sell opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle). • Leverage AI to inform, build and manage customer segmentation and targeting to ensure that campaigns are personalized and relevant to the customer. • Collaborate with content and creative teams to create compelling messaging and visuals that resonate with customers. • Monitor campaign performance and optimize programs based on data-driven insights and results. • Collaborate with customer success teams to identify opportunities for customer advocacy and referrals. • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve campaign performance.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. • 6-9 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through customer marketing campaigns. • Experience building and managing end-to-end campaigns, including developing campaign strategy, creating messaging and visuals, and analyzing campaign performance. • Proven use in leveraging Claude, Gemini and/or other AI tools to synthesize data and build AI agents to automate basic workflows. • Experience working cross-functionally, collaborating with product marketing, sales, operations, and demand generation teams. • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform campaign strategy and optimize campaign performance. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging and content. • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proactive self-starter with the ability to operate independently, adapt to ambiguous situations, and contribute collaboratively to team goals. • Strong results orientation, with a track record of meeting measurable goals and prioritizing performance-driven initiatives. • Passion for customer-centric marketing and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
