📋 Description

• Maintain, review, and audit job files for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness from job creation to final closing • Ensure file documentation, photos, estimates, and moisture logs comply with Third-Party Administrator requirements and guidelines • Update job management software promptly for tracking, auditing, and status updates • Liaise between field technicians, management, property owners, insurance adjusters, and TPAs • Resolve file discrepancies and documentation needs • Verify scope notes, line items, and audit requests • Minimize rejections and accelerate claim processing times • Oversee restoration job files from initial intake through final carrier billing

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience as a SERVPRO Corporate Job File Coordinator, OR proven experience as a Job File Coordinator in the Restoration Industry working directly with TPAs • Deep understanding of restoration terminology, claims processing, and standard carrier workflow guidelines • Proficiency in restoration management software such as Xactimate, DryBook, or similar systems • Proficiency with standard office productivity suites • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST • Quiet, professional home office setup free from background noise and distractions • High-speed internet • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong problem-solving skills • Effective verbal and written communication capabilities
