📋 Description

• Build AI-powered systems processing video inspections with computer vision and machine learning to identify defects and conditions • Develop tools for mapping and analyzing sewer infrastructure with real-time risk assessment • Create robust data-processing pipelines using Temporal.io for large-scale video analysis • Build interactive React frontends with mapping, data visualization, and video playback • Design and implement scalable TypeScript APIs serving municipal agencies and contractors • Work with a Turborepo monorepo and npm workspaces • Develop within a microservices architecture using a shared PostgreSQL database • Build event-driven workflows using Temporal.io • Collaborate on React and TypeScript frontends, Fastify APIs, and Python data services • Use AWS infrastructure with containerized deployment • Participate in comprehensive testing, code reviews, and automated deployment pipelines • Own full-stack projects from data processing to user interface

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience • Strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills with modern frameworks • React 18+ with TypeScript • Modern CSS/Tailwind • WebGL/Canvas Graphics • Mapping Libraries • State Management with Zustand or React Query • Node.js/TypeScript with Fastify • PostgreSQL/PostGIS and complex queries • Prisma ORM • RESTful API design and OpenAPI/Swagger • Docker/containerization • AWS Cloud Services including Lambda, ECS, S3, and RDS • CI/CD automated testing and deployment pipelines • Experience with cloud deployment, preferably AWS • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail • Collaborative approach to working in a team environment
