• Applicants must be U.S. citizens • Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one • Computer and phone to service clients • Reliable internet connection • Comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment • Disciplined and accountable • Honest and confident in communication • Passionate about helping families make sound financial decisions • Willing to grow into leadership over time • Comfortable with 100% commission-based income • Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events
