📋 Description
• Own HubSpot administration end-to-end • Maintain CRM hygiene and data integrity • Support sales operations including deal tracking, reporting, and process documentation • Contribute to general business operations • Build and maintain operational reports and dashboards
🎯 Requirements
• Hands-on HubSpot experience • Demonstrated experience maintaining CRM hygiene and managing pipeline and forecasting data with a high degree of accuracy • Strong operational instincts • Clear communicator who can work effectively across time zones in a fully remote environment • Nice to have: SQL or data analytics experience; comfort building reports from raw data
