• Own end-to-end recruitment: JDs, sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, offers** • Manage smooth onboarding and offboarding with accurate checklists and communication** • Maintain HRIS, develop policies, process employment documentation, deliver contracts, and manage timesheets** • Monitor and manage performance tracking, engagement surveys, and people analytics** • Use AI and automation to streamline processes and increase operational efficiency
