📋 Description

• Work with product engineers and designers to improve acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and customer experience • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to uncover growth opportunities and improve business decisions • Support and promote experimentation and decision-making frameworks • Define KPIs and success metrics • Use statistical analysis, forecasting, causal inference, and machine learning to understand user behavior and business performance • Identify high-impact opportunities through analysis of user journeys, lifecycle, conversion funnels, and financial performance • Contribute to team and company priorities with data-driven insights on impact, trade-offs, and return on investment • Build dashboards, models, and self-service tools • Collaborate with the data team to maintain a shared, consistent data layer • Foster a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and evidence-based decision making

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science, growth analytics, experimentation, or related roles in high-growth environments • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python • Deep understanding of experimentation, causal inference, statistical analysis, forecasting, and KPI design • Strong product and business intuition, with the ability to connect user behavior to business outcomes • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, finance, operations, or product teams • Ability to work independently and lead ambiguous projects from idea to execution • Strong communication skills and ability to influence decisions through data and clear reasoning • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver multiple projects with strong attention to detail • Curiosity, speed, and a bias for action in fast-moving environments • Solid understanding of dashboarding and data visualization tools • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in English required
