• Own a portfolio of restaurant partners and manage their ongoing performance • Drive operational improvement with restaurant partners • Monitor portfolio KPIs and identify trends • Collaborate with Restaurant Sales, Logistics, and Customer Success teams • Build and maintain healthy restaurant rotations • Act as an ambassador for Sharebite’s mission and brand • Visit restaurant partners and client sites as needed
• 1–3+ years in operations-heavy account management, client services, or restaurant operations • Demonstrated experience managing live issues across multiple stakeholders • Comfortable working directly with restaurant owners and operators • Able to review performance data and identify trends • Confident representing Sharebite with external partners • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment • Willing and able to visit restaurant partners as needed
