📋 Description

• Provide technical and operational support to ensure Cloud One or Cloud One pathfinder systems are secure, reliable, and resilient • Discover and address security issues, build security automation, and react to new threats • Perform routine project tasks addressing specialized cybersecurity problems • Support planning, design, development, testing, demonstration, and integration of information systems • Develop System Security Plans using the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) • Perform STIG reviews, remediation, and results documentation • Integrate electronic processes and methodologies to resolve system and cybersecurity problems • Lead mitigation of vulnerabilities identified by security scans • Develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with business requirements and end-user needs • Define system requirements, technical standards, and functionality tests • Develop specifications, prototypes, or initial user guides as needed • Lead and direct the work of others when required • Work with project managers, developers, and end users to ensure application designs meet business requirements • Design, plan, and coordinate application systems and programming work • Assist with assessment and authorization activities for DoD information systems • Use eMASS to document security control test results • Create and update RMF artifacts for NIST security control families • Apply RMF, eMASS, ACAS, and Air Force A&A processes

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizen • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust/NACI position • Bachelor's degree • Active/current IAM Level II certification: CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, or CCISO • At least 10 years of related experience • Experience meeting technical requirements relevant to cybersecurity roles, responsibilities, technical system functionality, and processes • Experience setting up and managing Impact Level (IL) 2, IL4, and IL5 environments • Knowledge of secure enclave architecture and deployment • Understanding of infrastructure and security KPIs and metrics • Ability to implement security monitoring techniques, including anomaly detection and threat analysis • Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD practices • Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders, senior leadership, technical teams, and governance bodies • Ability to document and communicate technical and governance outcomes clearly and concisely • Team collaboration skills across departments and with Capability Delivery Teams (CDTs) • Strong experience with the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF), including eMASS • Desired but not required: ticket management, meeting facilitation, Agile methodologies, Jira workflows, Jira/Bitbucket integrations, CDT onboarding and migration, TIMs, and migration task lifecycle management
