📋 Description

• Coordinate successful delivery of customer projects and service engagements • Align resource capacity with customer demand and coordinate assignments across engagements • Lead end-to-end delivery of Palantir-based programs • Track projects from initiation through completion • Monitor schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, deliverables, resource utilization, timelines, and customer satisfaction • Facilitate project status, delivery review, operational review, and customer update meetings • Document meeting outcomes, decisions, action items, owners, and due dates • Maintain project dashboards, status reports, risk logs, issue logs, and delivery metrics • Ensure adherence to delivery processes and governance standards • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans and corrective actions • Serve as the primary escalation point for project delivery and resource-related issues • Drive issue resolution and escalate significant risks to leadership • Build relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams • Communicate project status, risks, resource challenges, and delivery commitments • Support customer satisfaction through proactive communication and successful execution

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required • 5+ years of project management, service delivery, or operations management experience • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities • Experience with resource planning and capacity management • Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communications • Experience supporting customer-facing delivery organizations • Experience managing technical/data projects • Experience with Palantir or similar platforms • Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events
