📋 Description

• Provide L1/L2 support for AI-driven applications, data pipelines, and integrations • Monitor systems and respond to alerts, incidents, and performance issues • Troubleshoot issues related to AI outputs, data inconsistencies, and system integrations • Validate data quality and accuracy across ETL/ELT pipelines and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI) • Support API integrations and data flows between systems, including CRM platforms like DealCloud • Document issues, resolutions, and maintain runbooks and knowledge base articles • Assist with incident management, escalation, and root cause analysis • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and data teams to ensure production stability • Support user inquiries and provide guidance on system functionality and issues • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within support operations

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, QA, or Data Support roles • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Proficiency in SQL for data validation and issue investigation • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure) • Experience working with data pipelines or ETL processes • Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor) • Experience with API troubleshooting or integration support • Strong communication skills and ability to support both technical and non-technical users
