•About the company •Side (formerly PTW) is a global video game development and services provider, offering technical and creative solutions to many of the largest developers and studios around the world. •Founded in 2009 and drawing on 30+ years' experience from our parent company in Japan. •As Localization QA Game Tester, you will work within our Localization Quality Assurance team. •You’ll get to experience the project in the way it will be consumed by the end users. •Work in a multilingual project team ensuring that the game is free from grammatical errors, cultural inconsistencies. •Log details of errors and issues, providing improvement suggestions. •Identify missing or incorrect content and ensure proper display/format of dates, calendars, and characters. •Oversee the quality of your work, collaborate with the team, and contribute to the overall success of projects. •Localization QA team conducts language checks on upcoming games across a variety of cutting-edge platforms. •As an LQA Game Tester, you will be working on top gaming titles for some of the world’s leading publishers.

🎯 Requirements

•No experience required. Just fluency in Japanese / Nihongo and conversational in English. •Strong cultural understanding of the language you are applying for. •Computer literacy – particularly with Excel. •Robust Internet research skills. •Excellent attention to detail. •Previous experience with using different software, applications, and websites. •Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and collaborate within project teams. •Candidate must be located within Europe.
