📋 Description

• This is a remote role. • We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on crafting high-quality automated tests, with an emphasis on API testing, to enhance software quality and user experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in automation frameworks and a proactive approach to integrating testing within the development process. • Develop and maintain robust automated test frameworks primarily focused on API testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage and reliability of backend services. • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, collaborating closely with the DevOps and Infrastructure teams to enhance deployment processes and ensure seamless test execution. • Design and implement efficient testing solutions for APIs, ensuring the accuracy, performance, and stability of test scenarios across different environments. • Serve as a technical expert in automation, assisting in the selection and adaptation of various testing tools and frameworks. • Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring that quality standards and deadlines are met. • Actively communicate and collaborate across teams to troubleshoot complex issues, delivering solutions that improve product reliability and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in software test automation (4+ years) including hands-on expertise with API testing frameworks, • Proficiency in scripting with TypeScript/JavaScript and/or Python Postman experience • Proven ability to lead projects and push initiatives toward completion while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical issues and solutions to various stakeholders. • JMeter experience • Strong experience in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborating with DevOps teams to optimize processes. • Experience with hardware testing is highly desirable and considered a significant advantage. • A track record of innovative problem-solving and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. • A collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
