• Provide clinical training and support to customers as a radiation therapy subject matter expert, onsite and/or remotely • Conduct complex product training for customers and employees in English • Provide timely feedback on competitive product performance to headquarters, marketing, and engineering teams • Support product demonstrations at local, regional, and national customer trade events • Lead classroom lectures and laboratory sessions in English and French • Prepare lesson plans using engineering, field service, and software documentation • Create quick tips, workbooks, video media, and implementation guides • Collaborate with customers, sales, product marketing, and technical support to maintain current course materials and address inquiries • Test training scenarios using company products • Work with cross-functional teams to optimize customer relations and service delivery
• Clinical understanding of the processes in a radiation oncology department • Passion for continuous learning and professional development • Flexibility to adapt training approaches based on diverse audience needs • Excellent interpersonal skills • Exemplary listening, verbal, and written communication skills • Adaptable, positive, and open to new ideas and/or situations • Eager to meet challenges and quickly assimilate new concepts • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Radiation Sciences, or equivalent • Minimum of 5 years clinical experience, including 3 years in dosimetry • Radiation Therapist credential: CAMRT • French/English competency required • Driver's License and Canadian Passport required • Must live in Canada • Willingness to travel up to 75%, including occasional weekend travel
