📋 Description

• Lead and execute high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery • Establish project structure, milestones, and accountability • Drive alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities • Diagnose operational challenges and identify root causes • Develop scalable solutions that improve performance and efficiency • Translate ambiguity into structured plans and measurable outcomes • Coordinate Sales Operations, Variable Compensation, Learning & Development, Sales Compliance, and Reporting & Analytics initiatives • Modernize commercial processes, tools, and workflows • Evaluate and implement AI, automation, and emerging capabilities • Partner with technology and business teams to translate innovation into adopted solutions • Influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions across the organization • Manage up to executive leadership and across/down to teams • Track progress, remove roadblocks, and ensure follow-through • Elevate issues early with clear recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or commercial operations • Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional projects • Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward execution • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements or new ways of working • Exposure to digital transformation, automation, or AI-driven initiatives in a commercial or operational context • Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate matrixed organizations • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics • High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail • Ability to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
