• Lead customer implementations, system validations, upgrades, and go-live activities for Siemens Healthineers diagnostic solutions. • Coordinate installation activities with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project completion. • Deliver Train-the-Trainer and end-user education on instrument operation, quality control, assay performance, and workflow optimization. • Provide technical application support, troubleshoot customer issues, and participate in escalations as required. • Drive implementation excellence through customer engagement, project coordination, and technical governance. • Monitor customer satisfaction, identify potential risks, and communicate concerns to appropriate stakeholders. • Support assay validation activities and statistical analysis associated with new test implementation. • Mentor and assist other Solutions Application Specialists and provide support across regions and territories as business needs require. • Maintain compliance with Siemens Healthineers Quality System requirements, company policies, FDA regulations, OSHA requirements, and all safety standards. • Accurately document activities and utilize company communication and reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline. • MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or MT(AMT) certification preferred. • Minimum of two years of clinical laboratory experience; field applications experience preferred. • Demonstrated experience in assay validation, method verification, and statistical analysis related to laboratory test implementation. • Working knowledge of Chemistry, Immunochemistry, Hematology, and Coagulation testing. • Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, and training skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy. • Ability to travel more than 90% of the time, including frequent overnight travel. • Willingness to support customers and projects nationwide as business needs require.
