📋 Description

• Lead a revenue cycle team and directly supervise assigned managers • Drive best-in-class service, quality results, responsiveness, and direction for assigned clients • Determine staffing, tools, coaching, and training needs with managers and associates • Monitor teammates daily and provide leadership with metric updates • Drive productivity and quality while coaching time management, organization, and metrics • Measure and evaluate employees against established goals and objectives • Engage employees in performance management activities • Direct AR team work, ensure billing timelines, and manage payment posting trends and reconciliation • Provide employees with regular one-on-one feedback and guidance • Participate in meetings, performance improvement planning, strategic planning, project development, and plan execution • Respond to leader, client, and associate questions using data and analytical observations • Partner with Human Resources on applications, interviews, and hiring recommendations • Engage departments and third-party vendors to resolve associate or client challenges • Meet budgeted revenue and expense expectations • Review client AR, worklists, priority assignments, and critical metrics monthly • Serve as point of contact for clients and communicate by phone or email every two weeks • Escalate issues to the VP, Revenue Cycle • Identify client needs and provide best-practice workflow feedback • Complete and review monthly client dashboards covering case volume, cash, issues, and KPIs • Manage month-end reporting and client billing reconciliation • Manage fee schedule updates, charge master increases, contract grids, and client profiles • Prepare and send client invoices • Resolve QA cards by reviewing cases, providing team feedback, and correcting statuses

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to lead a revenue cycle team and supervise managers • Ability to drive service quality, productivity, responsiveness, and metric performance • Knowledge of AR operations, billing timelines, payment posting, and reconciliation • Experience with performance management, coaching, and employee evaluations • Ability to analyze client metrics, dashboards, case volume, cash, issues, and KPIs • Ability to manage month-end reporting and client billing reconciliation • Ability to manage fee schedules, charge masters, contract grids, and client profiles • Ability to prepare and send client invoices • Ability to collaborate with Human Resources, departments, and third-party vendors • At this time we are unable to sponsor H1B candidates
