📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality quantitative and mixed methodology research projects from initial brief to final delivery • Own and manage small to medium-sized client relationships as primary client contact • Delegate and review questionnaire editing, field monitoring, data cleaning, and tab checking • Oversee scripting, fieldwork, supplier management, project timelines, and budgets • Perform data analysis to generate insights and recommendations • Create compelling reports and presentations that bring data stories to life • Present insights and recommendations that drive actionable outcomes • Moderate qualitative research, including IDIs and shop-alongs • Collaborate with Project Leads and specialist teams across Explorer and Savanta • Support business growth through excellent project execution and client relationship development

🎯 Requirements

• Reside in Ontario, Canada • Strong competency across the research lifecycle and insight techniques • Experience designing and executing quantitative or mixed methodology projects from initiation to completion • Ability to design sample plans, questionnaires, and analysis frameworks • Deep understanding of data analysis for insights generation • Client relationship-building experience and ability to articulate insights to clients • Ability to operate independently and manage projects without extensive support • Ability to balance competing demands and manage varied challenges • Experience managing or mentoring team members is beneficial • Experience moderating qualitative IDIs, shop-alongs, or similar research is beneficial • Sponsorship is unavailable
