📋 Description

• First point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional assistance • Greet and guide customers through the car rental process • Prepare rental agreements and upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services • Meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling • Handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience • Experience from sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental • Excellent verbal communication skills • Comfortable in a commission-driven environment, thriving under pressure • Willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays • Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record and authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
