📋 Description

• The position of Fresh HR Executive is integral to our organization as it plays a vital role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and HR processes. • The Fresh HR Executive will contribute to the overall success of the HR team by assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records accurately. • Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. • Supporting HRIS maintenance and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. • Participating in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires. • Assisting with employee relations, including conducting exit interviews and handling HR-related inquiries. • Managing and maintaining employee records and HR documentation. • Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. • Participating in HR projects and initiatives to support departmental goals. • Managing HR communication channels and facilitating internal communications. • Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies. • Assisting in the coordination of employee training and development programs. • Participating in performance management processes and supporting employee evaluations. • Assisting in benefits administration and employee welfare programs. • Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed. • Participating in HR meetings and contributing to team discussions and initiatives. • Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Knowledge of HR principles and practices. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word. • Understanding of HRIS and basic data management. • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. • Team player with a proactive and can-do attitude. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new HR processes and systems. • Ability to work with diverse teams and individuals. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges effectively.
