📋 Description

• Onboard new merchants to the Skio platform • Provide best-practices support for custom-built solutions • Resolve technical challenges involving the Skio Platform • Guide customers through their Skio journey and product usage • Migrate customer and subscription data from other platforms ensuring accuracy and continuity • Support customers with Shopify theme edits and storefront integrations to ensure seamless brand experience • Serve as primary technical contact for basic to complex implementation scenarios

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Typescript / Javascript • Solid experience with SQL-based database • Linux / Unix administration skills • Excellent English written and oral communication skills • Technical degree or equivalent experience • Ideally, experience with Shopify space and frontend experience
