📋 Description

• Lead and oversee field operations across major component exchange and construction projects • Supervise crews and coordinate and delegate daily site activities • Promote and comply with company and client safety policies and procedures • Coordinate field personnel to achieve deadlines and production goals • Work with clients to keep projects on schedule and under budget • Plan and order materials and equipment to maintain crew productivity • Investigate and resolve personnel disputes and customer feedback • Ensure timely delivery, inspection, and quantity verification of materials • Monitor physical and electronic documentation for completeness and proper distribution • Recommend improvements for safety, quality, production, and performance • Understand and track specifications, work instructions, addendums, change orders, and work-plan changes • Check quality of completed work and audit productivity, safety, and customer documentation • Handle customer complaints with the manager • Ensure safety equipment is available and used properly • Facilitate and administer technical and safety training • Assist with employee performance appraisals and field complaints • Perform duties across concurrent active project assignments

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of field experience working on MCE or construction • Lead experience managing construction or MCE jobs • Strong commitment to health and safety and zero unsafe behavior • Ability to supervise multiple crew leaders or points of contact and 35 or more employees • Considerable knowledge of renewable services tools, machinery, methods, and procedures • Ability to forecast, monitor, and report project costs and activities • Understanding of service methods, best practices, service delivery, and customer expectations • Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate and communicate with workers, managers, senior management, and clients • Computer experience with Microsoft Office, email, and internet • Ability to work under pressure and within timelines • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence • Ability to speak effectively before customer or employee groups • Ability to calculate figures and organize project costs and activities into clear daily, weekly, and monthly reports • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and manage abstract and concrete variables • Extensive travel throughout the United States depending on project assignments, meetings, and training schedules • Must meet safety, training, certification, and customer compliance standards
