📋 Description

• Own the consumer product portfolio end to end, including website, mobile app, booking, membership management, practice extension, telehealth, pharmacy/refill, discovery, specifications, QA, rollout, and post-launch measurement • Lead product workstreams for integrating newly combined practice groups, including systems and product reconciliation, integration roadmap, and coordination with incoming product and operations teams • Own product direction and priorities, partnering with technology leadership and establishing engineering prioritization frameworks • Drive monetization and conversion through pricing, packaging, and funnel experiments, and own upgrades from pay-as-you-go to membership • Own the marketing website, shipping pages and changes directly with an AI-assisted React stack, running practice landing pages and lead capture, and partnering on SEO and web performance • Build staff-facing products with operations, medical, and member-experience leadership, including PMS tooling, AI-assisted workflow automation, intake, and auditing systems • Analyze production data with SQL, FullStory funnels, and experiment statistics; co-run data-intake and BI prioritization with the data team • Co-own vendor relationships for PMS, AI scribe, and voice AI, including evaluations and contract renewals • Run the product operating cadence, including roadmap reviews, launch communications, operations memos, practice-facing office hours, and cross-functional strategy forums • Partner with engineering throughout the software development lifecycle from ideation through delivery and support

🎯 Requirements

• Senior, hands-on “builder PM” experience • Track record of shipping working prototypes and some production web code with AI tools • Experience performing QA and analysis independently • Track record of partnering with engineering leadership as equals with separate perspectives and a shared goal • Daily use of AI coding and analysis tools • Strong writing skills for POV memos, one-pagers with quantified impact models, and exec-ready shareouts • Comfortable negotiating workflows with doctors, nurses, and practice managers • Knowledge of when automation needs a human in the loop in a clinical business • Ability to design A/B/n tests, identify randomization bugs, and make ship/revert calls from data • Nice-to-haves: multi-site consumer services or healthcare background, M&A and integration exposure, and familiarity with Braze, FullStory, LaunchDarkly, and Vetspire • Proficient in English; this requirement is specific to the Quebec market
