📋 Description

• Conduct recruitment and selection processes, from job posting through hiring. • Plan and execute onboarding for new employees, ensuring a positive integration. • Support performance management, including evaluations, feedback, and individual development plans (IDPs). • Organize training and development programs, mapping team training needs. • Monitor and propose initiatives to improve organizational climate and employee engagement. • Support the HR/Personnel department in maintaining employee records and administering benefits. • Create and maintain internal policies, manuals, and inter-team communications. • Develop and monitor HR metrics and KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields. • Previous experience as a generalist HR Analyst. • Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes, onboarding, and people development. • Strong communication skills, empathy, and interpersonal abilities. • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
