📋 Description

• Coordinate workflows and initiatives across different areas of the business. • Support customer-related operations, including onboarding, ongoing customer needs, and retention initiatives. • Work across Sales, Accounting, Operations, and technical teams to resolve issues and move priorities forward. • Track priorities, blockers, follow-ups, and next steps. • Identify operational gaps and help determine the right people or resources needed. • Build and improve processes as business needs evolve. • Follow issues and commitments through to completion. • Provide clear, concise updates on progress and outstanding items.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, including substantial hands-on business operations experience. • Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Operations Lead, Business Operations Manager, General Manager, or comparable hands-on operations role. • Experience working in an established business environment involving multiple teams, functions, and priorities. • Strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving experience. • Demonstrated experience owning workflows or initiatives from start to finish. • Experience improving processes and ensuring consistent follow-through. • Comfortable working with both business and technical teams. • Clear, concise professional communication.

• CAD $80,000 annual salary plus up to CAD $10,000 annual bonus • Fully remote
