• Develop and execute account growth strategies, including identifying new business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell prospects (prospecting/outreach); • Understand each client's broader business objectives and align our web development services to support their strategic goals; • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships; • Participate in pitching processes and prepare proposals for clients in collaboration with the business development team; • Participate in analyzing and drafting responses to public and invitation-only RFPs (requests for proposals); • Monitor client payments and ensure compliance with contractual terms; • Actively participate in project reviews to drive improvements in our standards and processes, while keeping the focus on work efficiency; • Conduct client satisfaction follow-ups; • Stay informed about industry trends, digital technologies, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and recommendations; • Provide high-level status updates on ongoing projects and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget; • Drive client retention by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or another relevant field; • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role; • Bilingual in French and English; • Strong customer service skills; • Demonstrated leadership and ambition; • Strong knowledge of the digital space (digital technologies and services); • Familiarity with Craft CMS and/or WordPress (an asset).
