📋 Description

• Diagnose and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and other foodservice equipment • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues • Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation • Perform preventative maintenance • Work directly with restaurant and hospitality managers to restore equipment operation • Manage daily service calls and work independently in the field • Document completed work and repairs • Participate in an emergency on-call rotation • Occasionally travel overnight when needed • Meet efficiency and productivity goals for quarterly bonus eligibility

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • At least 1 year of technical experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC, or military technical service • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record • Mechanical aptitude and solid troubleshooting skills • Ability to work independently • Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation • Ability to occasionally travel overnight • Ability to work in the U.S. without employer-sponsored immigration assistance • Ability to kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, reach, climb, and occasionally lift and carry up to 70 pounds • Commercial refrigeration experience preferred as an additional qualification • Commercial cooking equipment repair experience preferred as an additional qualification • EPA, CFESA, or other relevant technical certifications preferred as an additional qualification • Experience working directly with restaurant or foodservice customers preferred as an additional qualification
