• Define, analyze, and troubleshoot both internal and external end-user issues of our applications • Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders through ticketing systems (Such as Jira) • Proactively communicating with members of leadership when potentially critical issues arise • Utilize reporting tools (Excel, Jira) to track and document escalated issues

🎯 Requirements

• Prior professional software, webapp, and/or database troubleshooting & support experience • Basic proficiency in SQL equivalent to at least 1 year experience • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
