📋 Description

• Own and manage all Smartling social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms • Build and execute a channel-by-channel content calendar • Grow an employee advocacy program • Partner with Content, Design, Demand Generation and Product Marketing • Track engagement, follower growth, and reach across platforms • Monitor brand mentions and industry conversation • Leverage AI tools to improve efficiencies and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing social media channels for a B2B or SaaS company • A track record of growing engagement and follower base through organic content strategy, not just paid boosts • Experience building or running an employee advocacy program • Hands-on content creation experience • Comfort with social analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, Hubspot) • Sharp copywriting instincts • Experience leveraging AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini
