📋 Description
• Drive revenue growth and build strong partnerships in Europe/CIS for iGaming and Crypto • Identify, target, and secure new merchant and partner relationships across APAC, LATAM, and Africa • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets while managing a robust pipeline • Negotiate and close partnership agreements, including technical and contractual terms, with minimal supervision • Proactively grow and maintain a network of merchants in high- to medium-risk sectors • Deliver clear reporting on sales performance and revenue growth metrics • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, compliance) to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new partners • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities in the high-risk payments landscape
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of sales or business development experience in the payments industry, especially high- to medium-risk verticals (Forex, Binary, iGaming, Sports Betting, Crypto) • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales KPIs; numbers-driven and revenue-motivated • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals independently • Established network of merchants and partners in CIS and European regions • Excellent communication skills; able to work across time zones with minimal supervision • Strong understanding of alternative payment methods and high-risk payment processing • Fluency in English; Russian language skills are a plus
