📋 Description

• Work with multiple law firms as a COO on a fractional basis, serving as the right-hand to firm leadership • Provide advice and strategic input on all aspects of clients’ businesses • Develop and streamline processes • Assist in establishing reports and KPIs • Serve as an accountability partner, mentor, and knowledge sharer • Communicate the service to potential clients through sales • Present and assist at workshops, events, and weekly sessions as needed • Help law firms build teams and processes for self-managing firms • Assist with hiring, delegating, and managing employees • Guide firms on scaling practices, managing projects, and achieving long-term goals

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in a leadership role having managed at least 3 direct reports and a total of at least 10 team members • 3+ years experience working at a law firm or working directly with a law firm in a coaching, consulting or fractional capacity • Created and managed operations for a company doing at least $5M in annual revenue • Experience managing the budget of that company • Proficient level skills in Google and Microsoft programs • Highly organized, adaptable, and a self starter • Ability to advise on strategy based on operations, technology, and financials • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Skilled in sales • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box • Familiarity with CRMs, CMS, intake software, and accounting software • Ability to travel as needed to clients and for Quarterly Workshops • EOS Integrator experience preferred
