📋 Description

• Collaborate with customers to support implementation projects within Smile Digital Health’s products and services • Configure the Smile platform, script, troubleshoot, design technical solutions, and provide architectural guidance • Develop expertise in HL7, FHIR, OpenID Connect, Kubernetes, Java, JavaScript, JSON, and XML • Manage priorities across concurrent projects and escalate requests to leadership when necessary • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to guide client initiatives • Collaborate with Implementations, Service, and Account Manager teams to drive professional services profitability • Support technical support analysts in their development and troubleshooting processes • Participate in the after-hours on-call support rotation as needed • Support development and evaluation of RFIs and RFPs • Report working hours accurately and timely in NetSuite, maximizing billable time and using project management features

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java and JavaScript development • Proven expertise in Spring, REST, SQL, and Git • 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering software solutions independently and as part of a collaborative team • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients and team • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Highly organized and adaptable in prioritizing tasks • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Preferred: Knowledge in healthcare open standards (one or many): HL7 v2, FHIR, CCDA • Preferred: Experience with Kafka, ActiveMQ or other MQ systems, MongoDB, Docker, and Kubernetes • Preferred: Experience in Python and JavaScript • Preferred: Healthcare system experience • Preferred: Experience with cloud development (AWS, Azure, etc.) • Preferred: Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and iterative methodologies • Preferred: Successful completion of an undergraduate degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
