• Manage and deliver education programs for Advanced Wound Management (AWM) Medical Education across the GSA region and support regional colleagues in program delivery • Drive implementation of new technologies for blended learning offerings, such as gaming and hybrid learning models • Develop and maintain regional networks to ensure vision, plans, objectives, interfaces and initiatives are clearly communicated, and that learnings are shared with Medical Education partners as well as Marketing and Sales colleagues • Identify, recruit and develop healthcare professionals who are established or potential thought leaders, educators, and/or innovators in relevant clinical areas to support the safe and effective use of AWM products • Complete annual needs assessments in partnership with Professional Affairs to identify Smith+Nephew’s needs for engaging HCP consultants and to ensure compliant interactions • Manage program logistics including registrations, course information, and post-course evaluation data analysis and reporting; ensure data is entered into relevant regulatory systems and reported to partners • Ensure process integrity and compliance with local regulations and policies, and promote effective use of our Learning Management System
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role in Medical Education, Clinical Education, Professional Education or equivalent • Strong project management skills (organization, planning) and proven ability to deliver programs • Excellent presentation and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation • Basic understanding of local compliance regulations and company policies • Proficient with IT tools (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, event management systems) • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken) • Willingness to travel (up to 50%, mostly within Germany) • Desirable: Wound care certification and a solid understanding of Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) — including products, clinical pathways, surgical procedural knowledge, and the competitive landscape
