📋 Description

• Achieve quarterly and annual pipeline generation and revenue targets for allocated accounts or territory • Develop sales strategies and target account lists • Execute tailored sales plays for Data Engineering market opportunities • Work directly with customers to understand Data Engineering needs and communicate insights to inform the product roadmap • Advise customers and partners on Snowflake Data Engineering and Data Lakehouse capabilities • Guide strategic, executive-level discussions emphasizing the value of Snowflake Data Engineering capabilities • Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Leadership, and Field CTOs from discovery and qualification through solution implementation and deployment • Track, analyze, and report Data Engineering sales performance metrics • Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and drive continuous improvement • Partner cross-functionally to integrate Data Engineering sales efforts with Snowflake's go-to-market plans • Drive regional forecasts and exceed consumption revenue targets

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 6 years of sales experience exceeding sales objectives for technical solutions and software products in the enterprise market • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in highly competitive markets • Familiarity with solution-based selling and experience managing complex sales processes • Excellent presentation, listening, organization, and contact management skills • Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships • Strong presentation and communication skills for engaging senior executives and technical and business decision-makers • In-depth knowledge of Data Engineering, Data Lakehouse, ingestion, and transformation technologies • Proven expertise driving successful sales initiatives in these domains • Ability to work across Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, and Product teams • Bachelor's Degree preferred • Experience with overlay sales roles and/or driving product consumption through workloads and use cases preferred • Technical background with understanding of the data space and market preferred • Current work authorization in the country of application • Willingness to provide required work authorization and sponsorship information
