• Recruit and build successful sales professionals into high-performing revenue drivers for Snowflake • Build cross-functional relationships with internal and external support teams and technical partners • Influence go-to-market strategy for top-tier financial services companies • Develop a team culture around Snowflake Core Values • Sell Snowflake's industry-changing, market-defining product • Enable and accelerate Snowflake's growth while fostering diversity and inclusivity

🎯 Requirements

• An understanding of Snowflake's product to guide complex technical evaluations • Drive to enable, coach, develop and motivate a robust Majors sales team • Experience developing territories through strategic planning • 10+ years guiding Account Executives through complex legal and commercial negotiations • Customer-first mindset • Consistent execution against forecasts for senior management • Understanding of selling business value using a repeatable process • Ability to coach representatives on creating urgency and deal control • BA/BS required • 15+ years selling cloud solutions, infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or applications software • 10+ years managing a team of sales teams • Experience selling to the Financial Services industry • Experience selling to CEOs, CTOs, Heads of Product, Engineering, or Data Science • Ability to coach teams on pursuing opportunities within complex sales cycles • Experience outperforming targets as an individual contributor in an outbound role • Ability to coach Account Executives through commercial and legal negotiations with procurement, legal, and business teams • Ability to work with sales engineering managers and customers to inventory software states, define migration plans, and build migration business cases • Ability to work in the country to which the applicant is applying • Work authorization requirements may apply
