📋 Description

• Define and continuously refine the company’s SEO and search narrative, grounded in data, client outcomes, and emerging industry signals • Translate complex market intelligence into accessible frameworks for internal teams and external audiences • Partner with leadership to align the point of view with overall brand strategy and product positioning • Maintain a living library of insights, frameworks, and talking points for cross-functional storytelling • Develop and maintain a comprehensive SEO enablement program within Customer Success, including playbooks and performance benchmarks • Maintain Paid Local SEO Consulting services and ensure deliverables are met and evaluated • Collaborate with CSMs on listings and local pages strategy • Partner with cross-functional teams to shape product messaging and roadmap value storytelling • Host weekly cross-functional updates and conduct regular training sessions • Produce thought leadership content, including blog posts, webinars, and video commentary • Stay current on best practices and enable SOCi’s SEO strategists with relevant expertise • Meet with CSMs to provide prescriptive analysis on SEO performance, updates, and best practices • Attend Critical Account Program calls to address at-risk customer SEO adoption and performance concerns • Guide internal partners in designing effective SEO programs aligned with business objectives • Provide QBR guidance for CSMs based on industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of past SEO experience • Experience in AEO and GEO • Organized and detail-oriented • Solid written and verbal communication skills • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets experience • Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Screaming Frog experience required • Ability to multitask • Familiar with all Microsoft’s business programs / Google suite • Takes initiative and strong at following up • Exceptional customer advocate and internal ambassador • Experience in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment • Strong understanding of SEO performance metrics, both for website and listings • Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g. agile/scrum) and ticketing platforms (e.g. Jira) a plus
